Does Koala have a discount for first orders?
Yes, you can get 10% off your first order with Koala when you sign up for their mailing list. You’ll be emailed a discount code and just need to add it to your order at the checkout to save.
What is the Koala referral discount?
Koala offers a $200 discount for people referred through their refer-a-friend promotion, and a $100 Prezzee gift card for people who successfully refer friends. So whether you’re a referrer or referee, you can get value by sharing this Koala offer with friends.
Can I use more than one Koala discount code?
That would be a dream (pun intended!) but unfortunately you’re only able to add one discount code per Koala order.
What if there’s no code?
Some Koala deals don’t need a code – the discount will already be applied. Koala also shows any discounts or savings in your order summary, so you can check there before paying.
Does Koala have an influencer discount code?
Koala does sometimes offer promotional discount codes for influencers on social media, like $200 discount on a purchase over $1500 (as an example). According to Koala’s terms and conditions, influencer discount codes and offers are available from the time the influencer posts the code until the date specified in their post. These codes are only valid for Australian residents and usually won’t apply to bundles, delivery charges, gift cards or when there’s another promotion. If not, you can return them for a full refund of the purchase price – with free shipping in metro Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. If you live outside these areas, return shipping isn’t covered, but you can still organise a return and refund.
- Warranty periods: Most Koala products have a warranty period that covers replacement or repair for defects, with a 10-year warranty for Koala mattresses, 5-year warranty for furniture, and 1-year warranty for homewares and bedding (including pillows). You also get a 1-year warranty on electrical components in any Koala products.
- Koala Second Home and Outlet: If you live in Sydney, you can visit Koala Second Home in Campbelltown to get big discounts on refurbished and returned Koala products. And if you’re in Perth, you can shop for near-new Koala products through the online Outlet.
- Sales: Koala is a star participant in major sales during the calendar year. How can I get free shipping with Koala?
Koala offers free shipping on mattresses, bedding, linen, pillows, cushions and throws to metro, regional and rural areas. For sofa beds, other furniture and rugs, delivery fees range from $35 to $85. You can also order delivery for a Saturday morning for an additional $70 in select areas, and on weekdays between 5pm-8pm for a $95 fee.
How fast is shipping?
Shipping is incredibly quick; for a Koala mattress and select other furniture items being delivered to metro areas is at little as four hours. Most deliveries in regional and rural areas takes between 1-15 days (there’s is currently no option for these areas to choose express shipping but this timeframe is considered somewhat speedy). Depending on where you are, you could also choose a delivery time.
Does Koala have click and collect?
Koala is currently an exclusively online merchant and doesn’t currently have an option to pick up your orders. Occasionally there are pop-up stores, as well as a showroom in Moore Park where you can view Koala items, but usually you’ll still need to order your items to be delivered.
What is Koala’s returns policy
Koala offers a 120-day trial period for most of the products bought on its website. You’re eligible for a full refund even if you’ve used the product and the refund even covers the cost of any return delivery charges. If an item is damaged or defective, contact Koala with photos to discuss your return options.
How long will a Koala mattress last?
Koala mattresses are designed to last at least 10 years, with a warranty covering that whole period. In some cases, you may even find the mattress lasts longer. You could also get a mattress topper to help protect and extend the life of your mattress.
