It’s easy to redeem a code with Appliances Online in a few steps:

You’ll then get an email with the code and can use it for orders with a minimum spend of $200 while this promotion is available.

Appliances Online offers free delivery for most metro areas and selected regional areas during the week – so no code is needed. In fact, you could even get next-day delivery for free if you order before midnight the day before (depending on your location).
If you’re buying something on sale or through a promotion that doesn’t need a code, Appliances Online usually applies the discount to your purchase automatically. But if you’re unsure, you can also check with them through the online chat or by calling 1300 000 500.

- Price matching: Appliances Online offers a price match guarantee, so if you find the same product elsewhere for cheaper (in Australia), just contact the customer service team through live chat or by calling 1300 000 500.
- Sales: Appliances Online has sales throughout the year, including Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and EOFY. It also has a Hot Offers section of the website where you can shop daily deals, but when I checked it in May 2026 there were no actual offers (just categories and brands). I actually found better deals by going to the homepage and scrolling, but we’ve made it even easier with our edit of tested deals here.

Appliances Online delivery details
Appliances Online offers free delivery to most metro areas and selected regional areas Monday to Friday. Depending on your order and location, you could get free next-day delivery, or choose a date that suits you (great if it’s a big appliance you need to be home for).
For deliveries that have fees – including those on weekends or to areas not eligible for free delivery – you’ll get details of the cost at the checkout.
Delivery times
Appliances Online deliveries can come as soon as the next day during the week. And if you’re in Sydney and want your order sooner, you may be able to pay to have it delivered on the same day within a two-hour window.
There are a few exceptions, though. For example, if you order over the weekend, the earliest you’ll get your order is Tuesday the next week. And some areas are outside of the next-day delivery zone, so with those Appliances Online offers estimated delivery times at the checkout.
How to choose a delivery date
Appliances Online has a calendar during the checkout process where you can choose a future date for your delivery. This could be handy if, say, you’re renovating and want to get everything in the pipeline (and on the budget) early.

Appliances Online has a team of installers ready to help. In fact, depending on where you are, you could get free installation for a new fridge, washing machine, dryer, washer-dryer combo or microwave. There are fees for more specialised installations, such as ovens, dishwashers and rangehoods, and you’ll get details of the estimated costs after you add items to cart and check the installation box.
You can also get some old appliances removed, which can save you time organising it yourself (or paying another company).
Appliances Online accepts change of mind returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most products, and you will get a full refund on the product price if it’s unused and in its original packaging. If you’ve opened the product but it’s unused, you can return it for a store credit based on the invoiced price, minus a 20% restocking fee.
If you’ve shopped with Appliances Online before (or spend as much time on the site as I do for work and play), you might notice this is an updated timeframe for change of mind returns. Previously, you could return items in 7 days – I’m impressed with the more generous 30-day window available now. But in my experience, the sooner you can organise a return, the better.
