Where on site do I redeem my Spotlight promo code?
- Once you’ve selected your items, you’ll need to enter your contact information and provide delivery and collection details (You’ll also have the chance to join the VIP Club to save more)
- After confirming your address, you’ll reach the payment page. Just before selecting your payment method, there’s a field asking if you have a promo code.
- Click on the field and a window will pop up. Here, you can enter in your promo code. Click “Apply” to have it added to your purchase.
For Spotlight deals that don’t require a promo code, the savings will usually be applied at the checkout.

Does Spotlight offer free shipping?
Yes, Spotlight offers free standard shipping on orders over $120 (within Australia).
For orders below $120, a shipping fee applies, which is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. Terms and conditions apply.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within one business day. Standard products usually arrive within two to 14 business days. Big, bulky or oversize items are delivered via courier, taking three to 14 business days depending on the location.
Made-to-measure products are dispatched in eight to 14 business days and delivered by Toll IPEC couriers. Please note that deliveries are made on weekdays only.
Does Spotlight offer Click & Collect?
Yes, Spotlight offers Click & Collect across all stores in Australia, as long as what you’re buying is available there. (If it’s not, you may need to pick it up at another store or opt for delivery.) There’s no additional charge or minimum purchase amount. Orders are usually ready within two business hours, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. You will need ID to pick up your purchase.

Does Spotlight offer buy now pay later?
Spotlight offers several buy now, pay later options, along with other ways to pay.
For online purchases, split your order into manageable instalments with Afterpay (not available in-store).
ZipPay can also be used for most online orders (excluding gift cards and in-store only products) to help you manage your payments.

Does Spotlight offer free returns?
You can return purchases made online at a Spotlight store for free. But if you prefer to return it by post, you will need to pay for shipping. The only exception is when there’s a recall on your item.
