- Samsung students and teachers discounts: Students and teachers get exclusive discounts on select phones, tablets, TVs, and more. Samsung may offer free shipping as part of a promotion at different times, but you may not actually need a code depending on what you’re buying because standard delivery is free for mobile, tablet and wearable products purchased directly with Samsung. For larger items, the shipping costs are calculated and shown at the checkout.
Where can I find Samsung cashback offers?
The Samsung Australia site has details of cashback offers when they’re available, and you’ll also find the most relevant and valuable deals selected by the BHG team here. Beyond that, you can get an equivalent to cashback by joining Samsung Rewards, which lets you earn and redeem rewards valued at between 1% and 5% of your purchases with Samsung. The rewards you get back can be redeemed on future Samsung purchases at the checkout, and are based on your membership tier.
When you join, you earn 1% rewards as a Blue tier member, and progress to Gold tier with 3% rewards after spending $2500 with Samsung, while the highest tier of Platinum is reached after spending $4000 and earns the highest reward rate of 5% back based on your purchase value.

If you’re a member of Samsung Rewards and spend $4000 or more to gain Platinum membership, you’ll get 5% rewards for your spending, which can be redeemed for a discount on your next Samsung purchase.
How often does Samsung have sales?
You can often find select Samsung products on sale directly or through other retailers. But I’ve found some of the biggest deals are during major sale periods including End Of Financial Year (EOFY) sales, Black Friday, and Boxing Day. For example, customers could save up to $1111 off Samsung The Frame TVs during the early Black Friday sales in 2025.
How long does it take to get an order from Samsung?
For larger appliances like TVs and fridges, Samsung has estimated delivery times between 1-13 business days for metro areas depending on the location (NSW has the shortest estimate of 1-5 days and WA has the longest at 2-13 days). In regional areas, delivery of larger appliances may take up to 30 days. For Samsung phones and accessories, delivery usually takes between 1-7 business days across Australia, with shorter delivery times in NSW, ACT, TAS, VIC and SA.

Samsung offers free returns for mobile products if you change your mind within 14 days of delivery or pick-up. Samsung will send you a free Australia Post return connote via email that can be used to return your item back to Samsung.
All items returned will be inspected before a full refund is completed.
