You may not need one! Adairs orders over $175 get free standard shipping with Australia Post. If you’re a Linen Lovers member, you’ll receive free standard shipping on orders of over $50.
But keep in mind that this doesn’t cover furniture or other items requiring oversized delivery. These orders are shipped with a third party service and the cost will be listed at the checkout.

It usually takes 3-5 business days for online orders to be dispatched from the Adairs website. After that, standard delivery takes between 3-9 business days depending on your location. And oversized delivery can take up to 10 business days.
What is Adairs return policy?
When you shop online with Adairs, you’ll have 60 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Or up to 90 if you’re a Linen Lovers member.
Postal returns are free and easy, with everything managed through an online portal.
But keep in mind that items need to be unused and in their original packaging. For health reasons, you also won’t be able to get a refund on items including quilts, mattress toppers and pillows unless there is an issue covered by Australian consumer law.
