Can I collect my order from Amart?
Yes, free collection is available at all Amart stores. After ordering online, you’ll be notified when items arrive at your chosen store. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID for collection. Store hours typically run 9am-5:30pm but vary by location – check your local store hours online. Online Exclusive items are not available for collection.

Amart offers 30 days for returns or exchanges on most items (48 hours for mattresses and blinds). Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns require proof of purchase (tax invoice, delivery note or receipt). Items purchased online can be returned to any Amart store for exchange or refund. Some mattresses qualify for their 180-Night Sleep Guarantee where you can try a mattress at home and if it’s not for you, you can exchange it for another mattress of equal or higher value.
