How can I use a Bing Lee discount code?
It’s pretty easy, but you might need to look closely the first time (especially on mobile). Here’s what to do:
Step one: Click on the shopping cart icon when you’re ready to pay for your order and confirm your order.
Step two: Select “Order Summary” on the top right-hand side of the screen before “Your Details”. This shows you what you’re buying and is where you need to go with a discount code.
Step three: Click on the line that says (in a very small font) “Have a coupon code? Enter it here”.
Step four: Put the code in and hit “Apply”.
Step five: That’s it! Your order will be updated with the valid discount and you can pay for your order as usual.
There’s also a shortcut if you’re shopping from a computer. As soon as you add an item to your cart, you’ll be brought to a screen confirming this. And on the right, there’s a section called “Your cart” where you’ll find the same sentence about entering coupon codes!

How often does Bing Lee have sales?
Bing Lee has sales throughout the year, but some of its biggest sales happen during major shopping events like Black Friday, Boxing Day, Click Frenzy, Afterpay Day, EOFY sales and more.
Bing Lee also hosts a Cooking Promotion, which happened not once, not twice, but three times last year (in March, August and October). So it’s likely there will be similar month-long promotions in 2025, which would make it a great time to upgrade your cooking, kitchen and laundry appliances.
Shipping, payments and returns
Does Bing Lee offer free shipping?
Not on everything. But Bing Lee does offer free shipping on some items. Costs depend on the current promotions available, product’s weight, size and your location. When you’re on the check-out page (before you need to enter in any payment details), you’ll be able to enter in your address to calculate the delivery costs.
For example, we tried ordering a 50-inch TV to an address in Sydney and were quoted $40 for delivery, while an Apple Watch was only $6.

How long does delivery take?
Bing Lee’s shipping times vary depending on your location, the size of your order and the delivery method. You’ll get an estimated delivery time on product pages when you enter your postcode, and can choose delivery options at the checkout. You’ll also get tracking and delivery details after placing your order, so that’s probably the easiest way to figure it out.
If you need it quickly, check for next day delivery options at the checkout. This is available Monday to Friday for orders placed by 10pm in qualifying metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), ACT and some regional areas.
Does Bing Lee offer click and collect?
Yes, Bing Lee offers Click and Collect in two options:
- 1 hour click and collect: This is free and lets you pick up your online order from a Bing Lee store within an hour, as long as you order before 4.30pm and the items are in stock.
- Scheduled click and collect: This allows you to choose a date and time for pickup at checkout. Same terms and conditions apply as Express, but you have more flexibility in scheduling.
Just remember to bring a valid ID and your reference number when collecting your order.
Does Bing Lee offer free returns?
Unfortunately not. While change-of-mind returns are accepted, customers are responsible for the cost of getting it back to Bing Lee. You also won’t be refunded any of the initial shipping costs.
If the item has been opened, you may be charged a 20 per cent restocking fee, too. There are also some exceptions like software downloads and opened software that cannot be returned.
Does Bing Lee offer buy now pay later?
Yes! Bing Lee offers a few different Buy Now, Pay Later options at checkout, including Afterpay, Zip and PayPal Pay in 4.
