Does Fantastic Furniture have a student discount?
Yes, Fantastic Furniture sometimes runs discount promotions just for students. For example, I saw a 10% off for students promotion when I was updating this guide in January 2026, which offered university students a discount on selected full-price Fantastic Furniture items in the ‘Office’ range (think desks and chairs). The promotion was from December 29, 2025 until February 8, 2026, but only in store.
Does Fantastic Furniture have a discount code for free delivery?
Fantastic Furniture may sometimes run promotions for free delivery, but most of the time you will pay a fee for delivery. Prices start from $29 for small items in metro areas, and from $79 for standard delivery. For deliveries with Fantastic Furniture, can even ask the delivery driver to put your furniture in a specific room or area of your home when they deliver it. For Online Exclusive deliveries, the price and delivery options depend on the suppliers.

As well as dining table sets, bookcases, wardrobes, desks, sofas, beds and all kinds of home furniture for indoor and outdoors, it has an impressive range of rugs, lighting and decor and pet furniture and accessories when you’re shopping online.
Do you need to assemble furniture bought from Fantastic Furniture?
It depends on what you’re buying, but items like tables, chairs, bookcases, wardrobes and bed frames from Fantastic Furniture often require assembly. Fantastic Furniture doesn’t offer an assembly service but may be able to recommend one if you don’t want to do it yourself.
But I can tell you from experience that assembling Fantastic Furniture pieces is usually straightforward – my first dining table and chairs were from the store and took me much less time than I expected (around 90 minutes to assemble on my own). When I moved, it was also easy to partly disassemble them, then put them back together, too.
How long does delivery take?
You’ll get an estimate of both the delivery timeframe and cost before you place your order. If the items are in stock at your local store’s warehouse, you’ll be contacted to organise a delivery date. For Online Exclusive and other courier deliveries, you’ll get an email with delivery details.
What is Fantastic Furniture’s return policy?
If you change your mind about an item, you can get a full refund on it within the first 30 days. But this doesn’t include any delivery fees to or from Fantastic Furniture.
