Petbarn offers free standard delivery for orders over $49 in select metro areas, including for Repeat Delivery orders if there’s no frozen food in the order. You can also get free next-day delivery for orders over $99 and free same-day delivery for orders over $149 if you’re within a 10km radius of a select Petbarn store.

When will I get my Petbarn order?
Standard delivery usually takes 1-3 business days in metro areas and around 2-6 business days for other areas. You’ll also get an estimated delivery time when you place an order.
If you need your order sooner, Petbarn also offers Next Day Delivery and 2hr Delivery for eligible orders and locations. You’ll be able to choose one of these options during the checkout process when it’s available.
Can I click and collect?
Yes, you can choose Click & Collect for free if stock is available at your chosen Petbarn store. Just enter your postcode for a product to find out which stores have it in stock, and select the store you want to collect it from before you place your order.
How do returns work with Petbarn?
