How to use your Papier discount code
- Pick your code: Click the deal you like best to reveal your Papier discount code.
- Head to Papier: We’ve opened a tab to take you straight to Papier so you can browse their planners, photo books, notebooks and stationery.
- Personalise your picks: Choose your planner or notebook design, add your personalisation (name, start date, page style, etc), then add to your basket.
- Apply your code: When you’re ready to checkout, click your basket icon. Look for ‘Add voucher code’ underneath your order summary. Enter your Papier coupon code and click ‘Apply’. Your discount will show immediately.
Does Papier have a first order discount code?
Yes! Papier will send you a discount code for 10% off your first order and 20% off your first photobook after you subscribe to the newsletter. Here’s how it looked when I was on the website – just enter your email address, click ‘Sign me up’ and check your emails for the welcome email with your discount code.

After spending hours poring over the gorgeous journals, recipe books, scrapbooks, wedding collection and everything else on the Papier website, I’ve got answers to some of the most common questions. So here you’ll find them in two categories: discounts and offers, and deliveries, returns and other questions about shopping with Papier.
Does Papier have a student discount?
Yes. Papier offers a generous 20% discount for students who have joined UNiDAYS and verified their status (which is free). But I did find some exclusions for you to keep in mind, with the discount not available for archive sale, samples, extra photo book pages and B2B and bulk orders.
Is there a Papier promo code for free shipping?
Unfortunately, there’s currently no promotion at Papier that offers free shipping. But if one becomes available, we’ll add it here.
Does Papier have a loyalty program?
Papier doesn’t have a loyalty program. However, newsletter subscribers get 10% off their first order plus ongoing access to exclusive promotions and early sale notifications throughout the year.
Can I stack Papier discount codes?
Unfortunately, no. Papier only accepts one discount code per order and codes typically can’t be used alongside other promotions or sales. So, if you add a code and there’s another promotion, Papier will automatically apply the bigger discount. But the terms and conditions on Papier Australia do include the golden phrase “unless otherwise stated” – so I’ve got my eye out for any exceptions and will update you here.
How much is delivery with Papier?
Papier delivery fees in Australia start from $11.75 for standard shipping on items that are made in Australia, with a fee of $16.95 for express delivery. For orders made in the UK and delivered to Australia, standard delivery is $18.99 and express delivery is $45.99.
But you can find details at the checkout before you pay, to get a clear idea of the cost.
How long does Papier take for production?
Most Papier pieces are made on-demand just for you. So production times vary by product – check the individual product page for specifics. Once printed and dispatched, Australian-printed items arrive in as little as three business days. UK-printed items take as little as five business days to reach Australia.
Can I cancel a Papier order?
Unfortunately they are unable to guarantee that you can change any aspect of an order once it has been placed. Personalised orders are printed on demand. If you notice a mistake, get in touch with Papier as soon as possible. But if the oder has already printed it won’t be able to be amended.
What is Papier’s return policy?
Papier doesn’t accept returns for personalised items (which is most items) because they’re made-to-order specifically for you. However, if you’re unhappy with your order, contact them within 30 days so they can work on a solution for you.
Is Papier an Australian company?
No, Papier is actually a British company based in London, UK. However, they operate in Australia and print many items locally here. Look for products marked ‘Printed in Australia’ as they ship faster (usually in three business days after production) and shipping is cheaper than for those printed in the UK.
