How to add your Bagsmart coupon code

It’s easy to add a code at the checkout on the Bagsmart website in just a few steps. Here’s how:

1. Get your code: Click ‘Get Code’ on our exclusive offer to reveal the code and key details. Or select any of the other offers verified by the BHG team to view more details.
2. Shop on Bagsmart: We’ll open a new window that takes you straight to the Australian website, where you can browse backpacks, totes, duffel bags, packing cubes, suitcases, lunch bags and more. Choose your pieces and colours, and when you’re ready click through to checkout.
3. Add your code: Click to expand the ‘Order summary’, enter the code in the discount code field and click ‘Apply’. You’ll see the code and discount in your order details and can go through the rest of the checkout from there.

Editor’s note: On a computer, you’ll find the discount code field on the right side of the screen without any need to expand it. If you’re on a mobile, you can also add it by clicking ‘Add discount’ just before the ‘Pay Now’ button. To give you an idea, here’s what it looks like on my mobile phone:

What to check when adding a discount code on Bagsmart

As a Deals Editor, I’ve used enough discount codes to know that sometimes they don’t apply even when they’re active. So here’s what to check to help you successfully apply a code with Bagsmart:

• Code details: Make sure the code is exactly as printed, including capital and lowercase letters, as well as numbers.
• Order value: Check your order meets any minimum value. For example, the $15 referral discount only applies to your first order over $50.
• Product requirements: Make sure the products are eligible, as some Bagsmart discount codes only apply to select ranges. Others apply to most products sitewide, including the BHG exclusive code.
• Other discounts: You can only add one Bagsmart discount code per order. Most codes also can’t be redeemed alongside reward discounts. But some codes, such as the new customer discount, can be stacked with the free gift with order and bundle promotions. So if there are other discounts, check the promo details for the code before trying again.
• Customer requirements: Some Bagsmart promo codes are only available for new customers. Others may be linked to your account, so you need to login first to redeem them. If you’re searching for codes online, you could also find some that are for overseas Bagsmart websites, which won’t typically work for Australian customers.

Editor’s note: We’ll only show you genuine codes that we’ve personally tested for Bagsmart Australia, and regularly update the deals here to ensure they’re valid and active. But if you’ve got a code from somewhere else or have questions, contact Bagsmart through the website or by emailing auservice@bagsmart.com so they can help.

Does Bagsmart have a discount code for new customers?

Yes! Sign up for Bagsmart’s newsletter and you’ll get 5% off your first order with a welcome code sent to your inbox. When I signed up, I got the code in moments, so it’s a quick win if you have your cart ready (and it applies to bundles).

Is there a Bagsmart promo code for free shipping?

Bagsmart actually offers free standard shipping on orders over $60 to both metro and regional areas in Australia, with no need for a code. I’ve found it easy to reach this threshold, making it a great way to save on the standard $15 delivery fee that applies for orders under $60.

Can I get a Bagsmart referral discount?

Yes! Bagsmart offers a $15 friend referral discount where you can give your friends $15 off their first purchase, and get $15 when they make it. Or, if you’re a new customer, you could ask a friend to refer you for $15 off.

How BHG gets and tests Bagsmart promo codes

Whether it’s an overseas holiday, weekend getaway, packed lunch or anything else, the right bag can make a big difference. Bagsmart has designed a range of bags and accessories that thoughfully consider some of the most common, practical factors. And now we’ve worked with them to bring Better Homes & Gardens readers an exclusive 10% Bagsmart discount code you can use to save on your next purchase across the site.

Alongside this code, the experienced BHG Deals Team draw on our network of trusted sources and regular independent research to bring you an up-to-date edit of the most valuable and relevant Bagsmart codes and offers. We only list coupon codes that we know work in Australia, with a hands-on process that includes personally testing each one at the Bagsmart checkout, reading the terms and conditions and calling out important details. We also take down offers when they expire. So every discount you see here has been tested by real people, who regularly review and update our top pick of deals, ready whenever you’re shopping.

More ways to save with Bagsmart

• Bundles: Shop Bagsmart’s range of bundles for savings of up to 30% compared to buying each piece separately. You can even choose colours and styles for select bags and suitcases in each bundle to make it your own.
• Mix and match offers: If you want to build your own bundle, Bagsmart also runs frequent offers with discounts when you buy two or more items. For example, there was a 10% ‘Build your bundle’ discount when I checked. And 15% off for select rolling bags and backpacks with a ‘Mix + Match Roll & Roam’ promotion. These are automatically applied at the checkout for eligible items, too.
• Free gift with purchase: Bagsmart orders over $200 include a free gifted product, with upgraded gifts for orders over $300 and over $400. When I checked, the gifts were a Paz Water Bottle Sling, Crush Hobo Bag or Advantage 25L tote. The recommended retail prices for these gifts ranged from $58 to $145, so they’re a valuable bonus if you’re placing a bigger order.
• Sales: The Bagsmart sale section has a selection of discounts and promotions, which you can scroll through or browse by category and offer. I’ve also seen big discounts during major sale seasons like EOFY and Black Friday. For example, during EOFY in 2026, Bagsmart offered ‘Buy 1 Get 1 20% Off’ and ‘Buy 2 Get 1 40% Off’.
• Clearance: For the biggest discounts, check out Bagsmart’s clearance section, which regularly offers up to 50% off. In the past I’ve also found discounts of up to 60% off. You can also filter by product type, or sort by price to help find the most valuable and relevant offers.
• Student discount: Students get a generous 20% discount on all Bagsmart items over $50 when they register and verify their status with Student Beans.

Bagsmart FAQs: Deliveries, returns, products and more

How much is shipping?

Bagsmart offers free standard shipping on orders over $60 across metro and regional Australia, with a $15 shipping fee for orders under $60 to these areas.

There is also a $50 surcharge for luggage deliveries to select postcodes in regional and remote areas. Based on my analysis, most of the postcodes are in regional/remote Victoria and Western Australia. For example, Elizabeth Island and French Island in Victoria (postcode 3921) and Warburton in the Goldfields-Esperance region of WA (postcode 6431).

Bagsmart has details of the postcodes where this charge applies, as well as remote regions outside its delivery area, in the shipping policy.

How long do Bagsmart orders take to arrive?

Bagsmart has an average delivery time of 3-4 business days, although it may take longer in regional areas as well as WA and NT. All deliveries come from Bagsmart’s Sydney warehouse and you’ll get details when it’s shipped.

Do Bagsmart bags have warranties?

Yes! All Bagsmart luggage comes with a lifetime warranty for the original owner. This covers an impressive range of issues including cracks or breaks in the shell, broken wheels or handles and broken zippers. When there’s a covered issue, Bagsmart will either send you parts and instructions to replace the component, or a replacement bag.

Some other Bagsmart bags also offer 1-year warranties, including the Blast Pro 43L Roller Backpack, Faro Rolling Duffel and Paz 23L Work Backpack. You’ll see warranty details on product pages when it’s available.

Editor’s tip: If no warranty is available, you may still be entitled to a return, replacement or refund for specific faults or manfacturing issues under Australian Consumer Law.This doesn’t cover general wear and tear, but if something’s not right or you have a question about your items, contact Bagsmart so they can help.

What is Bagsmart’s return policy?

For luggage, Bagsmart offers a 100 day return policy if you change your mind and the luggage is in its original condition with all tags, documentation and accessories. For all other items, you have 30 days from delivery to request your change of mind return. But you will need to pay for return delivery.

What to know about refunds for Bagsmart orders that included a discount code, rewards or promotion

• Bagsmart will only refund the total amount you paid after any discounts applied.
• Refunds for items in a ‘Buy One Get One Free’ or similar promotion are calculated prorata to factor in the discount and value.
• Discount codes, rewards and other promotions are typically single use, so if you return items bought with any of these options, you won’t get the discount or offer back unless Bagsmart states otherwise.

What BHG Editor’s value about Bagsmart

In the years that I was studying journalism, and right after I graduated from university, I worked in a large handbag and luggage store. I learned so much about the designs, features, weak points and overlooked assets of different bags. To this day, I can’t walk into a store or go to the airport without assessing every piece that crosses my path. And what stands out to me about Bagsmart is that each design has a high level of consideration for practicality and durability.

Think handy waterproof compartments, padded laptop sections, separate luggage compartments, insulated pockets and wheel covers, depending on the bag. It’s also a brand that is big on value – both with its prices and lifetime luggage warranty, as well as promotions.

“Bagsmart’s bundles are an easy way to save up to 30% on a new set of travel bags or commuter and school essentials. With a stackable discount code, you can save even more – and many of them qualify for a free gift that offers even more value.”

Amy Bradney-George, Better Homes & Gardens Deals Editor

Better Homes & Gardens Shopping Editor Paris Blanchfield also tells me Blast Pro 43L Roller Backpack is the ideal blend of style and versatility. “Regardless of what your next trip might look like, this is the only bag you need,” she says.

I never thought I’d deem a backpack with wheels ‘stylish,’ but Bagsmart’s Blast Pro Roller proved me so wrong. Sleek design aside, however, this clever bag really does offer unmatched value for money: because it can switch between a rolling bag and a generously sized backpack with a few simple adjustments, it serves the purpose of a weekender, small suitcase, and carry on in one.

Paris Blanchfield, Better Homes & Gardens Shopping Editor

With backpacks, insulated lunch bags, nappy and pet bags among the range, Bagsmart is a brand the BHG turns to for all kinds of needs. Especially with our exclusive Bagsmart promo code to help make your money go further.
