Free shipping is available for most metro and major regional areas in Australia (with spending minimums). For example, if you live in Sydney (2000), you can enjoy free delivery when you spend over $99. For orders under this, a flat rate of $6.95 applies for eligible items, but otherwise the cost will depend on what you’re buying and the delivery location.
If you’re ordering medications for your pet, all medications that fit into a regular envelope will be shipped for free. However, there is no tracking or insurance on these orders.
