How to add a Pet Circle coupon code to your online order
- Choose your offer: Click on your favourite code or offer to get the details. We’ll also open a window and take you directly to the Pet Circle website.
- Grab your pet essentials: Add your items to the cart. If you’re buying pet food or other frequently-ordered items, you’ll get the choice of setting up auto-delivery at this stage, too. When you’re ready, click on your cart and click through to ‘Review Cart’.
- Add the code: Scroll past the list of items in your cart, enter the code in the field that says ‘Discount Code (case sensitive)’ and click ‘Apply’. Your order will then be updated with the valid discount and you can go to the checkout from there.

Auto Delivery is one of the easiest ways to save on your ongoing pet essentials at Pet Circle, offering regular savings of up to 5% off scheduled orders. I’ve also seen promotional discounts of up to 20% off for the first three deliveries.
How much you save with Pet Circle Auto Delivery depends on your pet and order. But to get an idea, I built a regular order for a medium-sized dog. Drawing on experiences with my most recent four-legged house guests, I’ve found a mix of dry and wet food works well. And one of the dogs – a lovely schnauzer – was very fond of Greenies, so I’ve included them too.

Pet Circle offers free standard delivery to metro and major regional areas when you spend at least $49. You can also get free next-day delivery for orders over $79 in qualifying metro areas.
Standard delivery when an order is under $49 is $7.95. And if you’re elsewhere, check the delivery fees and details for your area by entering your postcode on Pet Circle’s delivery page.
How do payments for Auto Delivery work?
For Auto Delivery, you need to save a default payment method on your Pet Circle account. You’ll get a reminder seven days before the processing date of each Auto Delivery order, and you can cancel, pause, reschedule, or make changes up until that processing date (after that, the payment is taken out and your Auto Delivery will be shipped to you).
What products can I add to a Pet Circle Auto Delivery?
You can set up Auto Delivery for food, kitty litter, flea and worming tablets, treats and more, choose delivery frequency and cancel, pause or update through your account.
What is Pet Circle’s return policy?
Pet Circle gives you 30 days for change-of-mind returns that are unopened and in their original packaging. You also have a choice between an exchange or store credit for these returns.
But you do have to pay for return shipping, unless there is an issue with the product or delivery. In those cases, contact the Customer Service team for a fix.

But if you’ve never used one, let me tell you upfront what stands out about this one: Pet Circle offers an automated Price Beat offer for eligible products online – and tells you that you’re getting the best price compared to competitors. It even shows which competitors and what their price is at that particular time.

How much can I save with the Price Beat Promise?
The actual amount you’ll save depends on the product, but I’ve seen Pet Circle Price Beat Promise savings range from around $3 to more than $30 based on the competitor’s price. The Kazoo raincoat example actually offered a discount of $34.01 or 40% compared to the previous pricing.
Is Pet Circle’s price guarantee worth it?
The fact that Pet Circle does the hard work for you, and even displays the savings, makes the Price Beat Promise worth keeping an eye out for when you’re shopping. I became very familiar with price guarantees and related schemes in my 15-plus years as a personal finance journalist (you may not know this, but it’s included in the complimentary insurance cover on some credit cards).
