How to add a Pet Circle coupon code to your online order
- Add items to your cart and click on it to view them.
- Go to the section titled “Savings Corner”. When we checked, it was after the list of items in your cart, as well as other recommended products, but before the Summary and payment details.
- Click the box titled “I have a coupon”, enter the coupon code and then click “Apply”.
- Your order will then be updated with the valid discount.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Pet Circle offers free delivery to most metro areas and major regional areas when you spend at least $49. This includes next day delivery for qualifying orders if you’re in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra or the Gold Coast.
Otherwise, the cost and delivery time will mostly depend on the weight of your order and your location. You can get an estimate of shipping costs and times when placing your order. As a basic guide for timing, it typically ranges from 1-3 days for most locations.

Can I click and collect a Pet Circle order?
Pet Circle doesn’t offer click and collect. But some orders will qualify for free next day delivery if you need your items quickly.
What is Pet Circle’s return policy?
Pet Circle gives you a 30-day period for change-of-mind returns that are unopened and in their original packaging. You also have a choice between an exchange or store credit for these returns.
But you do have to pay for return shipping, unless there is an issue with the product or delivery. In those cases, contact the Customer Service team for a fix.
You’re also entitled to a refund if an item is faulty, not fit for purpose or is different to what’s pictured on the website.
