How to redeem your Castlery discount code
It’s easy to redeem a Castlery discount code before you confirm your order, here’s how:
- Get a valid code: Choose one of our tested deals, and when you click on it you’ll get details of the code or deal.
- Shop on Castlery: Click on the new window that opens after you’ve got your code, and you’ll be taken straight to the relevant section of the website, where you can shop add everything you want to cart.
- Add the code: When you’re ready to checkout, click the shopping bag icon to go to your order summary. After the order details, and before the checkout button, you’ll find a line of text that says “Add Coupon Code”, with a plus or cross symbol on the right. Click on that, enter the code in the field that appears and click apply to update your order.
Shopping on a computer? Here’s how to add a code:
Once you’ve added all your items to your cart and are ready to checkout, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page. Next, you’ll see a product and payment summary. On the right side of the screen, you’ll see the cart summary. After the sub-total, you’ll find the line of text saying “Add Coupon Code” and the symbol to expand the discount code field. Then, just as on mobile, you enter the code, click “Apply” and the order will be updated.

More ways to save money at Castlery
Castlery has these always on deals you can use when there’s not a discount code you like – or in some cases that you could combine with a code.
- The Castlery Club: New members can redeem $50 off their first order when they join The Castlery Club. It’s free, and only takes a couple of moments on the site (you just need to enter an email address and password).
- Earn Credits towards future purchases: As a Castlery Club member, you get credits that can add up to savings on future purchases. You can use 50 credits for $50 off when you spend $1000, 100 credits for $100 off a minimum spend of $1,500, 200 credits for $200 off a minimum spend of $2,000, and 300 credits for $300 off a minimum spend of $2,800. You can earn credits in a few ways:
- 20 credits for completing your profile
- 10 credits for signing up to the mailing list
- 10 credits for following on Instagram
- 50 for leaving a product review
- 100 credits for referring a friend
- Furniture clearance savings: Castlery has a furniture clearance section that you can browse for great deals on clearance items. Sometimes, you might find a bargain even if there isn’t a big sale on. For example, we found a discount of $1388 on a Crescent Build-Your-Own Bedroom Set and a $540 discount on a Sierra Outdoor Right Facing 2 Seater Sofa when we were looking in November.
How often does Castlery have sales?
Castlery has frequent sales throughout the year, but we usually find the major savings are during shopping events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Boxing Day. For example, Castlery’s 2025 Black Friday sale offered $120 to $550 off based on how much you spent, plus additional discounts like $100 off with a code, and up to 40% off clearance.
The 2024 Boxing Day sale also offered up to $550 off sitewide – and an extended sales period that lasted until January 2025! You can also check for deals during the End of Financial Year (EOFY) sales, Afterpay Day and other sales events.
Castlery also accepts Afterpay, so keeping an eye out during Afterpay Day for deals is also a great time to find a bargain.

What to know when shopping with Castlery
Shipping
Castlery has capped shipping fees per order, which are based on the item type (or types) and delivery location.
Simply enter your postcode in the shopping cart to check delivery availability and calculate basic shipping fees. The fee will also be shown during checkout, along with an estimated delivery time – which also depends on the order and delivery details. Castlery also has estimated delivery timeframes on product listings, so you can get a better idea of when your furniture or other items will arrive.
Shipments are usually delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Does Castlery offer free shipping?
During special sale events, Castlery may offer free shipping on select products and to specific locations. But usually, you’ll pay a flat delivery fee based on your order.
Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, but there are quite a few important details to be aware of:
- Castlery charges a 20% restocking fee for Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane metro postcodes and a 30% restocking fee for all other postcodes, including Western Australia per ‘line total price’ of the returned item in your Tax Invoice. This fee is deducted from your refund.
- If you’ve already thrown our the original packaging, you’ll be charged an additional 20% for repackaging
- No clearance, final sale or customised items can be returned

Yes! Having partnered with Zip and Afterpay, Castlery offers two alternative payment solutions at checkout so you can buy your furniture now and pay for it later.
Can I shop in store with Castlery?
Yes, depending on where you live in Australia. Castlery has a showroom in Sydney and one in Brisbane, but not everything is on display. Online, you can more easily compare colour and design options. You can also request free swatches to check if a particular fabric and/or colour is right for your space.
You also have the option of customising a range of upholstery choices, including spill-resistant performance fabric and machine-washable options, so it’s truly one-of-a-kind.
