How to redeem your Castlery discount code
It’s easy to redeem a Castlery discount code before you confirm your order, here’s how:
- Get a valid code: Choose one of our tested deals, and when you click on it you can copy the code and view key details to get the discount.
- Shop on Castlery: Click on the new window that opens after you’ve got your code, and you’ll be taken straight to the relevant section of the website, where you can shop add everything you want to cart.
- Add the code: When you’re ready to checkout, click the shopping bag icon to go to your order summary. After the order details, and before the checkout button, you’ll find a line of text that says “Add Coupon Code”, with a plus or cross symbol on the right. Click on that, enter the code in the field that appears and click apply to update your order.

Once you’ve added all your items to your cart and are ready to checkout, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page. Next, you’ll see a product and payment summary. On the right side of the screen, you’ll see the cart summary. After the sub-total, you’ll find the line of text saying “Add Coupon Code” and the symbol to expand the discount code field. Then, just as on mobile, you enter the code, click “Apply” and the order will be updated.
For Castlery deals that don’t require a promo code, the deal is automatically applied.
Does Castlery have a promo code for free shipping?
Castlery doesn’t currently have a free shipping promo code or offer. During special sale events, Castlery may offer free shipping for select products and delivery areas. But usually, you’ll pay a flat delivery fee based on your order.
Can I get a Castlery discount code for my first order?
Yes! Castlery offers $50 off your first order over $1000 after subscribing to the mailing list. You can sign up from the footer on the site, or through the “Get $50 off” text on the lower left side of the site on mobile (it’s on the right side of the screen on desktop). It actually popped up on my screen when I was updating this article:
How can I get a Castlery discount referral code?
Castlery offers a $100 discount for new customers who are referred by a member of the Castlery Club loyalty program. So if you have friends or family that shop at Castlery, you can ask them to send you a unique referral link, which you can use to get $100 off your first order over $1000.
If you’re already a Castlery Club member, you can also get 100 credits for every successful referral, which you can redeem for $100 off a purchase over $1500. You could also redeem half of them, as 50 credits gets you $50 off a purchase over $1000, or save them for larger discounts in the future.
Does Castlery have a trade discount?
Yes. If you’re an interior designer, architect or trade professional, Castlery offers exclusive prices and access through a trade program. You can sign up by filling in a form that includes your name, contact details and trade/business information.
Does Castlery have a student discount?
Castlery doesn’t currently have a discount just for students, but you can still save on furniture and décor with any offer here while you’re studying. You may even find home office and ‘back-to-school’ promotions at key times of the year – we’ll add them here when that’s the case.
How can I tell if a Castlery promo code is valid?
All the Castlery discount codes here are tested at the checkout by one of BHG’s in-house Deals Team to make sure it works, and we remove codes when they expire so that every offer you see here is valid.
But if you’re at the checkout and a code won’t apply, here are some common causes (and a few easy fixes):
- An incorrectly entered code: Check the code has the same letters and numbers, including any capital letters as codes may be case-sensitive. Also check if there’s an extra space or other characters that could affect the code. Re-enter it and if this was the issue, it should fix it.
- Order values below a minimum threshold: Castlery coupon codes often have a minimum amount you need to have in your cart before they can apply. For example, the discount code for new subscribers to the newsletter offers $50 off when you spend over $1000, excluding shipping. Just update your cart to reach that value and the code will be valid.
- Orders that already have a discount: Some Castlery promotions and codes can’t be combined with other offers. So check if your cart already has a promotional offer or code applied by looking for discounts in the order summary. If this is the case and you have more than one coupon code, you could use it to save on a different order (just check the expiry date so you can use it before then).

Castlery has these always-on deals you can use when there’s not a discount code you like – or in some cases that you could combine with a code.
- Newsletter offer: Customers get $50 off their first order when they sign up to Castlery’s newsletter.
- Earn Credits towards future purchases: Join The Castlery Club loyalty program for free and you’ll get credits that can add up to savings on future purchases. You can use 50 credits for $50 off when you spend $1000, 100 credits for $100 off a minimum spend of $1,500, 200 credits for $200 off a minimum spend of $2,000, and 300 credits for $300 off a minimum spend of $2,800. You can earn credits in a few ways:
- 20 credits for completing your profile
- 10 credits for signing up to the mailing list
- 10 credits for following on Instagram
- 75 for leaving a product review
- 40 credits for completing a personality quiz

- Free swatches: If you want a better idea of the colour, texture or other details of Castlery fabrics and finishes, you can request up to three swatches for a huge range of products and Castlery will send them to you for free.
- Furniture clearance savings: Castlery has a furniture clearance section that you can browse for great deals on clearance items. Sometimes, you might find a bargain even if there isn’t a big sale on. For example, I found a 30% discount on the Crescent Build-Your-Own Bedroom Set (a saving of $1038 on the original price) and the Sierra Outdoor Right Facing 2 Seater Sofa (a saving of $410) when I was looking in July 2026.

How often does Castlery have sales?
Castlery has frequent sales throughout the year, but we usually find the major savings are during shopping events like EOFY, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Boxing Day. For example, in June 2026, Castlery’s EOFY sale offered discounts between $150 and $600 with a ‘spend and save’ promotion with $150 off orders over $1500, $280 off orders over $2500 and $600 off orders over $4500. This promo ran between June 1-8, 2026 and is also similar but with bigger savings than Castlery’s 2025 Black Friday sale, which offered $120 to $550 off based on how much you spent. Black Friday also included additional discounts like $100 off with a code, and up to 40% off clearance.
Castlery also accepts Afterpay, so keeping an eye out during Afterpay Day for deals is also a great time to find a bargain.
If you’re finding yourself in desperate need of some new furniture in between sales, there’s also a sale section on-site that’s full of ever-changing deals.
What to know when shopping with Castlery
What is Castlery’s shipping policy?
Castlery has capped shipping fees per order, which are based on the items and delivery location. As an example, I looked at delivery estimates for the 120cm Sloane Console Table and was quoted $21.87 for basic delivery to Sydney, $18.34 for delivery to Melbourne, $35.37 for delivery to Brisbane, $106.73 for delivery to Adelaide and $92.03 for delivery to the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore).
You can also choose to pay extra for delivery to your room of choice, including up to two flights of stairs. Or pay even more for a “White Glove” delivery service to your room of choice, with unpacking, assembly and removal of rubbish from the delivery.
Here’s what it looked like for the Sloane Console Table when I was researching delivery to a Sydney address:
To get an estimated delivery cost for your order, just enter your postcode in the shopping cart to check delivery availability and calculate basic shipping fees. The fee will also be shown during checkout, along with an estimated delivery time. Castlery also has estimated delivery timeframes on product listings, so you can get a better idea of when your furniture or other items will arrive.
Shipments are usually delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Can I shop in store with Castlery?
Castlery is primarily an online furniture store but you can shop at the Castlery showrooms in Sydney or Brisbane, too. Just keep in mind that not everything is on display and things like swatches for custom fabric finishes may be limited to what’s been styled in the showroom. When you’re on the Castlery website, you can click ‘Locate Showroom’ to find out if an item is available to view.
What is Castlery’s return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, but be aware that Castlery charges a restocking fee of 20% for Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane metro postcodes and 30% for all other postcodes. This fee is per ‘line total price’ of the returned item in your Tax Invoice, which could be different to what you paid if you added a discount code, for example.
There’s also a 20% repackaging fee if you don’t return items in their original packaging.
No clearance, final sale or customised items can be returned.

Castlery offers Zip and Afterpay at checkout if you want to buy your furniture now and pay for it later. You can also pay with a debit card, credit card or PayPal.
