Where do I add a promo code for The Good Guys?
Unless it’s a sale item (where the discount is automatically applied), you can apply your code to the promo code field at checkout on The Good Guys’ website.
Once you’ve accesses your cart (which you can do at any time by clicking the icon at the top right of the screen), you’ll come to an order summary page. Here, there’s a field called “Apply promo code”.
Simply type in the code and click “Apply code”. As long as it’s valid, it should re-calculate the total price of your order.

If you’re looking for the best bargains, you can expect to see The Good Guys participate in annual promotional events like Easter, Black Friday and Boxing Day, offering some of the lowest prices all year.

How much does shipping cost?
Unfortunately, The Good Guys doesn’t offer free shipping on any purchases. But you can click and collect for free, if there’s a store nearby.
Otherwise, delivery fees are calculated at purchase, which you can see once you’ve filled out your address. The costs are calculated by the size and weight of your order and where it’s being delivered to.
While you will always have to pay, next-day delivery doesn’t cost any extra. (Some blackout periods for this apply though, including peak periods like Black Friday and Boxing Day.)
How long until my order’s delivered by The Good Guys?
You can get your order as soon as the next day, depending on where you are and as long as you’ve completed your order before 4pm.
There’s also the option for Uber deliveries at many locations, if you’re within 10 kilometres of the store. If you select this option, you may be able to get your order within as little as 90 minutes. Amazon can’t even beat that!

How long does click and collect take?
In some cases, your order could be ready in one hour during store trading hours. You’ll get an email letting you know when your order is ready for pickup.
Are returns free with The Good Guys?
Unfortunately not. While you can return items, you won’t be able to ship them back to a store for free. You also won’t get any of the original shipping costs refunded.
