They’ll be available for you to collect at Australia Post Parcel Lockers , Post Offices and ParcelPoint Locations within 1-2 days in metro areas and 1-3 days in regional areas. Like standard delivery, this option is free for orders over $75.
How do returns work?
THE ICONIC offers free returns for 30 days from the date of purchase for all eligible items. You just need to lodge the return through your account, print the prepaid return label and drop it off at an Australia Post outlet or red street box. Keep in mind that returns need to be in original condition, with the labels attached and the same packaging.
