How do I redeem an eBay discount code?

- Exclusive eBay account coupons: eBay sometimes offers exclusive discounts and coupon codes to logged in customers. It’s usually for a specific category or product and will only be available for a limited time, but it’s worth creating a free account and logging in before you buy something from the site.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the seller and what delivery option you choose. As a very basic guide, it could be as little as 1-2 business days for express post or 2-6 business days for standard post.
Some item listings include postage delivery estimates, which can help you decide if it’s suitable. But you’ll find the most accurate details after you choose your postage option and confirm your delivery address at the checkout.
Does eBay offer click and collect?
Some eBay sellers offer Click and Collect with Parcelpoint, HUBBED or a retail store. When it’s available, you’ll find details on the item page and at the checkout.
Some individual sellers also offer free local pickup if you’re buying something pre-owned.
What is eBay’s returns policy?
Sellers can set their own return policies. But according to eBay: “Most sellers accept returns if you’ve changed your mind.” You can check the listing for details of their returns policy, or contact them if you want more information.
If your order is faulty, damaged or doesn’t arrive, in most cases you’ll also get your money back or a replacement.

eBay offers Afterpay and Zip but it won’t be available for all items. Check the listing page to find out what payments are accepted for an item.
