Does Big W offer free delivery?
You can get free standard metro delivery when you spend $65 or more on select products at Big W.
But this doesn’t apply for TVs, furniture, storage and a range of other products in the Home & Appliance category. There are also other categories and products excluded from this offer, as well as deliveries to regional areas. You can check if your order is eligible for free delivery before you pay.
Otherwise, the delivery fees are:
- Metro: $9.00
- Regional: $12.00
- Remote: $15.00
- 2 Day Delivery: $12.00
- Same Day Delivery: $15.00
Bulky and fragile items may also attract different fees. There are also 2 Day Delivery and Same Day Delivery options on business days, depending on where you are and what you buy. Different fees apply for these options and are outlined after you select one of these options.
If you’re buying something from a Trusted Partner or through BIG W Market, the price of shipping will be shown on the order summary page.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes around 2-5 business days in metro areas. Allow a bit more time if you’re in a regional or remote area.
Delivery times also vary for orders with Big W Market, partners and anything bulky/fragile. But you can check your order details and tracking information to find out when it will arrive.
For 2 Day Delivery and Same Day Delivery, if you’re eligible you will get your order within these timeframe.
Does Big W offer click and collect?
Yes, Big W offers free click and collect at its stores. Just choose Pick Up for your order and you’ll get a text when it’s ready to collect from your chosen Big W store.
This is a faster option than delivery, with orders made before 12pm usually ready after 4pm on the same day. Orders made after 12pm will be ready the next day from 12pm onwards. You also have 10 days to collect it from the store.
Direct to Boot is also free and available at selected stores. Choose this option and a team member will bring your order to the car once it’s ready and you’ve let them know you’re on your way.
What is Big W’s returns policy?
You can return items bought from Big W within 90 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original condition and you have proof of purchase. Just keep in mind that you will pay postage for returns via AusPost. But you can return items for free at any Big W store, even if you bought them online.
Big W Market sellers have their own return policies, so you’ll need to check this based on what you’re buying.

Does Big W offer buy now pay later?
Big W accepts both Afterpay and Zip buy now pay later payments. Other ways to pay include PayPal Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards and gift cards.
