Steps to add a Shark discount code
- Get a valid code: Every code and offer here is personally tested by someone on our team, so just click on one to copy the code and view the details.
- Go to Shark Clean Australia: We’ll open a new window for you to click on and go straight to the relevant section of the Shark website.
- Choose your cleaning and home appliances: Browse vacuums, steam mops, air purifiers, fans and beauty tools then add what you want to cart. When you’re ready, click through to the checkout.
- Add your code: Click on ‘Order summary’ to expand this section at the checkout, then enter your code in the discount code field and click ‘Apply’ and your order will be updated.
Editor’s note: If you’re on a computer, you won’t need to expand the ‘Order summary’ as the discount code field is on the right side of the screen just before your order total. But as there’s that extra step on mobile, here are screenshots as an example:

Does Shark have a coupon code for free shipping?
Shark may sometimes have a free shipping coupon code but you may not actually need one because you get free standard shipping on orders over $100. Shark also offers free standard shipping on spare part orders, with no code needed.
Can I stack Shark discount codes?
Shark only allows one discount code per order, according to the terms and conditions. If you have more than one code, check when they expire and what other exclusions there are so you can use the one that gives you the biggest bang for your buck first (and potentially save the other one for another order).
Can I use a Shark promo code on sale products?
It depends on the promo code. Some codes may state that they work in conjunction with other discounts, but the Shark terms of service state “Discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any one order.”
But I did successfully apply a discount code to Shark Cordless PowerDetect Clean & Empty System, which at the time had been reduced from $999 to $799.99. With the 10% new customer code, it was reduced a further $79.99 to $720.
What are the ‘select products’ you can use a Shark discount code on?
Some Shark discount codes state that they are “available on select products only”, “exclusions apply” or something similar. For example, I saw this wording on the first-order discount code offer when it was emailed to me. Shark has details of exclusions on the product pages on the website – at the time of writing, products not eligible stated “Excluded from all promotions” and products that were eligible had details of the discount.
Using the new customer discount code, here are some examples of the ‘select products’ you could get the 10% discount on when I checked in July 2026:

During my research, I also noticed a lot of the new products were excluded from discount code offers and other promotions, including:

All the products I checked had details of whether they were eligible or excluded just before the ‘Add To Cart’ button – so check there if you’ve got your eye on a particular product. Here’s an example of how it looks (minus the specific code).
Are Shark and Ninja promo codes the same?
While Shark Ninja Pty Ltd is the parent company of both Shark Clean Australia and Ninja Kitchen Australia, each brand has a different website and promotional offers. So some codes will only work on Shark Clean Australia, and vice versa.
However, I did notice that both Shark and Ninja had the same new customer discount code at the time of writing. I tested the code at the checkout for each brand and was able to get a discount on a Shark vacuum cleaner and a Ninja air fryer respectively. So there may be a few codes that work for both brands, but you’d still need to make separate purchases on the respective Shark and Ninja websites.
Does Shark have a student discount code?
Shark offers a 10% discount to students through selected student membership platforms. So if you’re studying, you can sign up for a free account, verify your student status and get access to the applicable code.
Does Shark offer essential workers a discount?
Shark Clean Australia doesn’t offer a discount for essential workers at the moment, but you can use any of the tested discount codes and offers here to save if you’re a doctor, nurse, emergency service responder or anyone else. I also found Shark discounts in the UK for essential workers, people aged over 55 and the disability community, so it’s possible discounts may be available here in the future, I’ll add them here if that’s the case.
Does Shark have a loyalty program?
Yes! SharkNinja Rewards is Shark’s free loyalty program where you are rewarded with cashback in the form of store credit after every purchase. The amount of the reward depends on your lifetime spend at Shark. Members also get exclusive access to sales, special promotions and early product launches. It’s free to join and you start earning immediately.
