Does Ecosa offer a birthday discount?
Ecosa may offer special discounts for the brand’s birthday, for example you could get 25% off sitewide for Ecosa’s 10th birthday in 2025. But members don’t currently get a special discount on their own birthdays – to do that, Ecosa would need to ask for your date of birth, and when I signed up (and recently re-checked), you only need to enter your email and/or phone number to become a member. But there may be member-specific discount offers and deals in the future, so if a birthday discount becomes available we’ll add it here.
How often does Ecosa have sales?
Ecosa has sales throughout the calendar year, with some of the key ones to mark in your calendar including End of Financial Year (aka EOFY) sales, Afterpay Day, Black Friday and Boxing Day.
Does Ecosa offer free shipping?
Yes, Ecosa offers fast and free metro shipping for orders over $70. Shipping is calculated when you add items to your cart and enter your postcode, so we tested out a few different postcodes around Australia to check shipping costs. From Sydney to Broken Hill, Darwin to Broome and Kalgoorlie to Longreach, shipping was completely free. The Ecosa website does mention some regional postcodes may incur a $175 delivery charge though, so it’s worth entering your details to check.
How long does Ecosa shipping take?
Next-day delivery to metro areas is standard for mattresses and other furniture, and one to seven days for non-metro areas. If you’d like it even. sooner, you can pay a $50 same-day delivery fee for most items. You just need to place your order before 11:30am.
Smaller items such as pillows and bedding usually take two to seven days to arrive to you. You can read the Ecosa Shipping policy for exact delivery details for each product.
Does Ecosa offer free returns?
Yes, Ecosa offers a 100-day trial period for its mattresses, pillows and sofa beds and if you don’t like it, you don’t have to pay shipping to return it. A courier will pick up your mattress, whereas a prepaid mailing satchel will be provided for pillows.
Once the products have been collected or received, you’ll get a full refund. All returned mattresses and pillows are donated to families in need through Ecosa’s ongoing partnership with The Salvation Army.
How long does Ecosa last?
Ecosa has a 15-year warranty for mattresses and 5-year warranties on most other furniture. It also has warranties for most other products, which typically range from 45 days to 1 year depending on the item. It’s also worth keeping in mind that Ecosa mattresses, sofa beds and other products could last for longer than the warranty period, especially if you take good care of them. So it’s worth checking the warranty and care details for items you buy.
Does Ecosa offer click and collect?
Yes! Ecosa offers click and collect at its stores in Geelong and Nunawading in Victoria, as well as the Midland store in Western Australia. So if you’re near one of these locations, you can choose to pick up your order instead of getting it delivered.
Does Ecosa offer buy now pay later?

Is Ecosa an Australian brand?

Both offer top-rated mattresses, but Koala’s warranty is 10 years compared to Ecosa’s 15 year warranty.
