How do I use a discount code when I’m shopping with Ettitude?
Once you add all your items to cart, head to the checkout. There, you’ll find a field labelled ‘Discount code or gift card’. And if the deal doesn’t need a code – or Ettitude has automatically applied the discount code for you – you’ll find the savings already reflected at the checkout.
Can I use more than one discount code?
It’s a great question – who wouldn’t want to save a bit more on luxe bedding and bath essentials? But unfortunately Ettitude, like many other brands, limits you to one discount code per order. The good news is that you can combine a discount code with other promotional offers on the Ettitude website.
Are there other ways to save?
Yes! Ettitude gives you a couple of different ways to get more bang for your buck at just about any time:
- Recycle old sheets: You’ll get a $25 gift card for any Ettitude purchase over $100 when you recycle your sheets through UPPAREL. It’s a super simple way to clean out your linen cupboard and be a bit more sustainable at the same time.
- Ask to be referred by a friend: Has someone raved to you about Ettitude? There’s a good chance they’ll be a member of Ettitude’s Comfort Collective loyalty program – which means they can send you a referral that gives you $30 off your first order. You just need to spend $150 or more to use it.
How does Ettitude’s loyalty program work?
Ettitude’s Comfort Collective Rewards Program gives you one point for every dollar spent shopping with the brand. And when you get 200 points, you can redeem them for $10 off a purchase.

When does Ettitude have sales?

Sometimes, you can also find Ettitude sheets and other items for sale with other stores that sell them, including The Iconic, Myer and Amazon. Last year in Click Frenzy’s May sale, we found 25% off Ettitude signature sateen bamboo sheet sets at The Iconic, for example. So checking deals with these stores could help you save when there aren’t any sales on Ettitude’s own site.
Shipping, payments & returns
Can I get free shipping with Ettitude?
Yes, Ettitude offers free standard shipping for orders over $100 in Australia. So if you’re buying a sheet set or duvet cover (among other things), you’ll be all good. If you’re spending less than $100, there’s a $10 delivery fee – but at least you know how much it will be in advance.
Ettitude also has express shipping for $20 if you need your order delivered ASAP. And if you’re overseas or want to send a gift to someone, you can ship Ettitude internationally – this is the main time when shipping prices aren’t set in stone. So you’ll need to check on the order details because it depends on the weight of the order and where it’s going.
How long until I get my order?
If you go with standard shipping, Ettitude will usually dispatch your order in 1-2 business days. After that, delivery takes 3-5 business days for metro locations and 5-8 for other areas in most cases.
Paying for express shipping speeds things up for you, with these orders processed and dispatched on the same day if placed before 12 pm Eastern Time (or the next day if placed after 12 pm). Delivery time is 1-4 business days.
What is the return policy?
Ettitude has different return policies depending on what you buy, with the most well-known probably being the 60-night Sleep Trial. So we’ve made it easier to find details with a snapshot of the main return options:
- 60-night Sleep Trial: Your first purchase of any full-priced bedding item is covered under a 60-night Sleep Trial and is eligible for free returns and exchanges. That means you can try Ettitude bedding for up to 60 nights and if you’re not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. And just in case you were wondering – yes you can wash the bedding during the trial!
- Returns within 30 days: Changed your mind about something else from Ettitude? If it’s unused (and unwashed) you can return it for a store credit or refund within 30 days of your delivery date. But shipping fees are non-refundable and refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns between 30 to 60 days: You can still return something between 30 and 60 days from your delivery date, but it will only be eligible for store credit.
- Final sale items: Unfortunately, final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.
- Damaged and faulty items: If your order isn’t as described or there’s another issue, you may be able to get a refund or other solution covered by Australian Consumer Law. Just take a photo and contact Ettitude so they can help you sort it out.
Does Ettitude offer click-and-collect?
If you’re shopping on the Ettitude website, you won’t be able to choose click-and-collect. But if that’s what you really want, you could check out Ettitude items at Myer, where you can go and pick up what you buy.
Does Ettitude offer buy now, pay later?
Yes. Ettitude has partnered with buy now, pay later service Afterpay.
