Can I use more than one discount code?
It’s a great question – who wouldn’t want to save a bit more on luxe bedding and bath essentials? But unfortunately Ettitude, like many other brands, limits you to one discount code per order. The good news is that you can combine a discount code with other promotional offers on the Ettitude website.
Does Ettitude have loyalty program discounts?
Ettitude’s Comfort Collective Rewards Program offered points that could be used for discounts on future purchases but is not currently available in Australia. When I updated this article in 2026, the page to sign up for the loyalty program was blank and there were no details anywhere. The BHG deals team will keep checking the site and update details here if and when the loyalty program is available again.

If you were a member or wanted to check any old details, here’s a basic rundown of how the loyalty program worked in 2025.
You earned one point for every dollar spent shopping with the brand. And when you got 200 points, you could redeem them for $10 off a purchase.
You could also earned points by:
- Creating an account on the site
- Leaving a review
- Referring a friend
- Reading Ettitude’s Impact Report
- Following them on Instagram
- Sharing your birthdate to get the annual birthday reward of 200 points
Being a member also gave you early access to new products, sales and exclusive discount code offers. And if you knew someone who was already a member, they could send you a referral with a $30 off discount code for your first order of $150 or more.

Ettitude gives you a couple of different ways to get more bang for your buck at just about any time:
- Recycle old sheets: You’ll get a $25 gift card for any Ettitude purchase over $100 when you recycle your sheets through UPPAREL. It’s a super simple way to clean out your linen cupboard and be a bit more sustainable at the same time.
- Do the online quiz: Ettitude offers a $75 discount on an order of $300 when you complete a short quiz (just one question) and sign up for updates via email and phone. When you’re on the site, you’ll find a ‘$75 off’ icon – click that to get the offer.
- Join the mailing list: Sign up to Ettitude’s mailing list to get $20 off an order of $100 – you can do this by entering your email address on the site. I needed to scroll to find the ‘Sign up for our newsletter’ text, but the email came almost instantly.
When does Ettitude have sales?
Let’s start with the big ones: Ettitude is no stranger to participating in major shopping events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Click Frenzy, EOFY and more. For example, Ettitude had a Sleep Week sale in 2025 that offered a 25% discount on orders during the promotional period – with the discount code for it automatically applied at checkout to make it even easier. Ettitude FAQs: Shipping, payments & returns
Can I get free shipping with Ettitude?
Yes, Ettitude offers free standard shipping for orders over $100 in Australia, no discount code needed. So if you’re buying a sheet set or duvet cover (among other things), you’ll be all good. If you’re spending less than $100, there’s a $10 delivery fee – but at least you know how much it will be in advance.
Ettitude also has express shipping for $20 if you need your order delivered ASAP. And if you’re overseas or want to send a gift to someone, you can ship Ettitude internationally – this is the main time when shipping prices aren’t set in stone. So you’ll need to check on the order details because it depends on the weight of the order and where it’s going.
How long until I get my order?
If you go with standard shipping, Ettitude will usually dispatch your order in 1-2 business days. After that, delivery takes 3-5 business days for metro locations and 5-8 for other areas in most cases.
Paying for express shipping speeds things up for you, with these orders processed and dispatched on the same day if placed before 12 pm Eastern Time (or the next day if placed after 12 pm). Delivery time is 1-4 business days.
What is the return policy?
Ettitude has different return policies depending on what you buy, with the most well-known probably being the 60-night Sleep Trial. So we’ve made it easier to find details with a snapshot of the main return options:
- 60-night Sleep Trial: Your first purchase of any full-priced bedding item is covered under a 60-night Sleep Trial and is eligible for free returns and exchanges. That means you can try Ettitude bedding for up to 60 nights and if you’re not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. And just in case you were wondering – yes you can wash the bedding during the trial!
- Returns within 30 days: Changed your mind about something else from Ettitude? If it’s unused (and unwashed) you can return it for a store credit or refund within 30 days of your delivery date. But shipping fees are non-refundable and refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns between 30 to 60 days: You can still return something between 30 and 60 days from your delivery date, but it will only be eligible for store credit.
- Final sale items: Unfortunately, final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.
- Damaged and faulty items: If your order isn’t as described or there’s another issue, you may be able to get a refund or other solution covered by Australian Consumer Law. Just take a photo and contact Ettitude so they can help you sort it out.
Does Ettitude offer click-and-collect?
If you’re shopping on the Ettitude website, you won’t be able to choose click-and-collect. But if that’s what you really want, you could check out Ettitude items at Myer, where you can go and pick up what you buy.
