Where on-site do I redeem my Myer discount code?
- Once you’ve selected your items, start the check-out process by clicking on the icon of the shopping bag at the top right of the screen (it should have a number in it based on how many items you’ve added to your cart).
- On the next page, you’ll see an order summary on the right side. There will be text that says “Add a discount code”. Click on that for a field to appear where you can type in your code.
- Click “Add” and the new total will be calculated.
Deals that don’t require codes are applied automatically on-site, however, if you get additional savings thanks to your Myer One card or concession cards, make sure to pop these in at checkout so you don’t miss out.

It’s always best to check the shipping cost estimate at checkout before finalising your order.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping (which you get for free with orders over $99) can deliver to Metro areas in Australia within 3-7 business days, and if you’re regional or based in WA or NT then you can expect delivery from 7-10 days.
However, you can pay extra from Express Shipping if you’re urgently awaiting your delivery and this will take between 1-3 business days in Metro areas or 2 – 4 elsewhere.
If you have ordered a particularly bulky product this can often take longer to deliver.
Does Myer offer free returns?
No. While you can return your online purchases in-store, can’t ship them back for free. Change-of-mind returns cost $10.95 to return via ParcelPoint.
Generally, you can return your Myer products within 30 days of receiving them, but it is always best to check the fine print to ensure you’re not left scrambling, If you’re shopping during the holiday season (in November and December), you have until 31 January to return them.
Does Myer offer Click and Collect?
Yes! You can pick up your items for free on the same day you order them before midday.
