Can I use more than one Ecoya discount code at a time?
While there’s be nothing sweeter than a double-up on savings, unfortunately you can only use one code per order. In fact, you can only use the ‘Discount code or gift card’ field once per order – so if you have both a code and a gift card you’ll have to choose between them.
My tip if that happens is to check the expiry date on both. Gift cards usually have a longer timeframe before they expire, but it’s always worth checking so you can make sure you get a chance to use both – even if it does have to be on different orders.
Does Ecoya offer free shipping?
Yes, Ecoya offers free standard shipping in Australia for orders over $140. If your order is less than this, standard shipping is $12.99 to VIC and ACT, $14.99 to NSW, QLD and TAS, and $15.99 to SA and WA.
If you want to avoid the fees, you could wait until you need at least $100 worth of Ecoya goodies, see if a friend wants anything, or check Myer and DJs to see if they have what you want for click and collect. Just remember if you’re a Club Ecoya member, you won’t earn points if you buy Ecoya products somewhere else.

How long does Ecoya shipping take?
There are two parts to this: prepping the order and delivering it. Ecoya aims to pack and dispatch your order in 1-3 business days, with shipping taking another 2-9 business days depending on the location. Here is a breakdown of times by state:

Does Ecoya offer free returns?
Sadly, Ecoya doesn’t offer free returns. While you can return items, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Returns must be made within 30 days and will be eligible for a full refund or replacement
- Returned goods must be in unused condition with the original packaging and order confirmation included
- Ecoya does not cover return shipping fees
- Returned items will take 3-7 days for processing
