Australian homes have been using weatherboard since the 1850s, especially in Victorian and Queenslander style houses. As an iconic part of the Aussie homestead, weatherboarding and cladding is still a popular choice, due to its strength and protection against harsh and unpredictable weather.

James Hardie offers a range of thicknesses, textures and unique profiles, so you can customise to personal preference.

After adding in James Hardie’s Linea™ Weatherboard and a few updates to the front garden, this home was transformed. The aqua door completes the look!
