The block might be tiny, but this designer home has won hearts around the world for its big ideas. The build was a supersized challenge for the owner who is also the architect, on how to make the most of a narrow inner-city terrace. Joh and Pete tour what was once a corner shop but is now two dwellings and an office space that has been showered with awards for sustainability and making the most of a small city site. It just goes to show that you don’t need a big site to have big ideas.
