If you’re partial to a bit of crochet to pass the time (granny squares anyone?), this flower hexagon motif might be for you.
It’s not a big commitment, but you will no doubt still reap many benefits from an afternoon of crochet.
Here’s how to crochet flower hexagon motifs
Gather your supplies:
The yarn used in this pattern is Patons Cotton Blend 8 ply 50g:
- Yellow 6
- Orange 7
- Pink 15
- Apple Green 16
- Aqua 17
- Bright Red 18
- Denim 21
- Fresh Green 24
- Coral 26
- Mineral 29
- Persian Green 30
- Cloud 34
You will also need a 4.5mm crochet hook.
Tension: Flower hexagon motif measures 12cm across from point to point, using 4.5mm hook.
Check your tension carefully as quoted measurements and quantities for all items are based on this tension.
If the motif measures more than 12cm across, use a smaller hook, if it measures less, use a larger hook.
