Johanna is travelling to a remote mining town in Western Australia to honour someone who’s gone above and beyond for his community. He’ll show Johanna what life is like in the town of Newman and, together, the pair will hand out some early Christmas gifts and spread some festive cheer.

Steph Cooks Stuff is the name of the one-woman social media sensation that has become immensely popular the last few years. The woman behind it, Steph De Souza, is using her passion for cooking and her warm, bubbly and friendly personality to inspire people to learn to cook. Johanna travels to Steph’s hometown to talk about how she uses leftovers to create quick, easy and delicious meals and dig into her social media journey. Talking about how to cook these meals is one thing, but the best way to learn is actually doing, so Steph gives Johanna a lesson on how to cook couple of her sensational recipes, using her trusty Airfryer.
