Ed brings a bit of the beach back to the barbecue with a simple trevalla recipe to throw on the BBQ. Whether it’s freshly caught by your campsite (probably not Ed’s luck though) or bought from your local fishmonger… this is a lighter and fresher way to Aussie barbecue. Fry up some greens to go with it and you’ve got a perfect autumn dinner. And if you’re cooking outside in the bush, just don’t give the kookaburras a chance to steal it!
