Air fryer “deep dish” meat-lovers pizza

Method

1.

Preheat air fryer at 140°C fan-forced. Generously grease four 350ml oven-going ramekins or bowls with some of the butter, greasing rims and at least 2.5cm down outside of dishes.

Divide Food Processor Pizza Dough into four 115g portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion of dough into a circle that is about 5cm larger than diameter of prepared ramekins. Line inside of ramekins with cheese slices, cutting as needed to cover bottoms and sides. Divide pepperoni among prepared ramekins and add bacon and sausage. Top with pizza sauce.

Cover ramekins with dough circles, stretching as needed to fit over tops and slightly down sides. Press edges of dough against rims to seal. Brush tops with remaining butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.

Working in batches if needed, place ramekins in air-fryer basket. Cook 12 to 14 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown. Using a hot pad, carefully remove ramekins from basket and invert onto serving plates so contents flow into crust “bowls.”
