Big W’s 2026 spring/summer homewares collection has arrived, and it’s full of stylish pieces to transform your home. The best part is, most of the collection is priced under $15. But with so many new homewares pieces landing in stores, it can be tricky to know which ones you actually need in your life and which ones you should leave on the shelves.
While Jono Fleming has a regular column over here at BHG, he’s also been very busy partnering with Big W to launch their new homewares collection. Here are the Big W spring/summer collection pieces he’s most excited about.
What Jono’s buying from the new BIG W range
The anchor piece of Big W’s bold, clash-happy Artful Living collection. “The Zest Green Archer Stonewashed Cotton Quilt Cover Set pairs so well with the Light Pink Archer Stonewashed Cotton Sheet Set,” says Jono.
A quirky, sculptural catch-all piece. Jono says, “The Ollie octopus trinket dish is a great example of how much fun you can have with the range, as well as the caviar and sardine tin candles.”
Shaped like a tin of sardines, this playful candle brings a wink of Mediterranean maritime charm to any shelf.
A small, personal piece Jono says works across many different styles. “Pairing it with the sage green Drift Vase, which has a soft organic shape, as well as the Delilah trinket dish, gives you pieces that feel personal and expressive that could work in so many homes.”
The Emery embroidered cushion is one of Jono’s top picks from the collection.
“I think the Emery embroidered cushion encapsulates this whole look and collection. It’s refined, it’s pretty, and it has that timeless cottagecore look that goes beyond just a trend.”
This one’s Jono’s must-have from the whole range, thanks to its warm, sun-baked palette.
“A standout piece I have to have at home is the Gaia Woven Cushion. It’s really sophisticated, and the warm terracotta tones work so well with the coastal blues in the collection,” says Jono.
Jono pairs this with the Rowena table lamp.
“You can tie it all together with the Margot Woven Striped Cushion, as well as the Rowena table lamp which has such a beautiful organic shape. What I love about this collection is how much fun you can have. There are no rules to follow, only rules to break!”
Platters that sit in the back of the cupboard collecting dust are no good to anyone. Openook designed this Mediterranean platter for people to show off.
“My hero pieces are the dinner and side plates, as well as the platter selections with hand-drawn illustrations,” says Jono. “They bring so much fun and personality to any table, and you don’t have to just save them for a special occasion; you can use them every day!”
As for the Rowent table lamp, its organic silhouette that earns it a place in Jono’s edit, alongside the Margot cushion.
