Sprouts with butter and parmesan

Sprouts with butter and parmesan
Prep: 20 Minutes - Cook: 10 Minutes - Serves 6

Ingredients

150g sliced pancetta (you can also use chopped bacon, prosciutto or even salami)

1 kg baby brussels sprouts, trimmed

3 Tbsp grated parmesan

Method

  1. In a frying pan, cook pancetta over medium heat until crispy. 

  2. Steam brussels sprouts for 6-8 minutes, until tender. Toss with pancetta. Put in a serving dish, and sprinkle with parmesan to serve.
