Grilled sausages smothered in a spicy Mexican-style tomato bean sauce, topped with corn chips, guac, sour cream and hot sauce will become your new party fav.

Heat oil in a saucepan on medium and cook onion, celery, garlic and ginger for 5 minutes until softened. Add tomato paste, cook for 30 seconds, then mix in tomatoes, beans, Mexican spice mix and sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes, until thickened, then season.Â

Grill sausages on medium heat, turning regularly, until cooked through. Put into hot dog buns. Top with sauce, cheese, corn chips and a little more cheese, then arrange in an oven tray and bake for 3 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve with guacamole, sour cream and hot sauce.Â
