Baked brie pull-apart cob loaf

Method

1.

Preheat oven to moderate, 180°. Grease a round ovenproof dish. 

2.

Toss sliced baguette in the garlic-infused extra-virgin olive oil and season. Arrange ⅓ sliced baguette in base of pan. 

3.

Make 8 slits in top of wheel brie and insert four sprigs of thyme and the finely sliced garlic. Place on top of bread. Arrange remaining baguette slices around outside of brief. Bake 10-15 mins until brie is soft and bread is crunchy.

4.

Serve drizzled with honey, sprinkle with thyme leaves and accompanied with sliced figs.
