The Aladdin garden pop-up in Sydney you have to see

A whole new world…

As you may be aware, the brand new live-action remake of the Disney classic Aladdin is due to hit cinemas on May 23, and The Grounds of Alexandria have partnered with Disney to transform the already-pretty garden into something a little more magical to celebrate.

Inspired by the city of Agrabah that appears in the Aladdin film, you can now enter The Grounds of Alexandria via magical golden archways which lead through to the Cave of Wonders, where you’ll find the infamous genie’s lamp, among other assorted treasures.

In the courtyard of the Grounds you’ll also find an artfully arranged Arabian-inspired selection of ottomans, cushions, lanterns and the like, the perfect setting to enjoy the Grounds Aladdin-themed cocktails.

A small section of The Grounds of Alexandria has also been transformed into a market place where you can shop for sweet treats and Aladdin-themed ‘I wish for more…’ cakes.

If you want to get the kids involved, every day at 10am, 12pm and 2pm a genie will appear for photos ops.
