Fast Ed is on a food tour of Vietnam, and he’s doing dinner just like the locals do. He’s taking the ultimate cooking challenge, setting up a pop-up restaurant on the streets of Ho Chi Minh Dity. He is serving an amazing traditional Vietnamese caramel pork with rice and cucumber pickle to all of the locals in his back street kitchen pop-up shop for the night.
