Method
Lightly grease and line a 20cm x 30cm slice pan with baking paper.
Place chocolate in a large heatproof bowl. Put condensed milk and butter in a medium saucepan, stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until just simmering. Pour hot mixture over chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Chill for 4 hours or overnight, until firm.Â
Using a greased 5cm star cutter, cut fudge and decorate outlines with royal icing. Serve.Â
Cook’s notes:Â Substitute caramilk for dark chocolate if you prefer.Â
