The Christmas Cookie Sprinkles Fragrant candle is the latest must-have item and the best part is it will only set you back $10.
Viral Kmart Christmas candle
Last month, a Kmart employee shared a video on TikTok to share the Christmas-themed product.
“I am currently filling in the Christmas section,” she says.
“This candle is the most delicious thing I have smelled in my life.”
A Christmas miracle
Since then, the candle has been flying off the shelves.
One happy shopper shared in the Facebook group, Kmart Hacks and Decor, a picture of the candle, saying, “The viral candle has finally hit the shelves here.”
Lots of people said they’ve been looking for this candle in their local Kmart stores.
“I’ve been looking for it lol,” wrote one person.
Another added: “Let me know if you find it.”
“Bought 5 yesterday. Smells Amazing,” says another person. .
“It’ll be a miracle to get your hands on one with that jar.”
Taking things into her own hands, one woman decided to make her own candle.
“OK so I’m sorry if this looks tacky or silly in any way but I have been looking for the Christmas cookie sprinkle candle for days straight with no luck,” she said in the Facebook group, Kmart Mum’s Australia.
“Tonight I walked into Kmart Campbelltown, NSW, and I saw these normal Christmas cookie candles on a trolley. I grabbed one and thought to myself, ‘Maybe I could try and make my own version.’”
Using craft glue, sprinkles and adhesive contact spray – she did just that.
“It may not look as nice as the other one or others may not like the end result, but I love it and I’m actually pretty stoked with how it turned out,” the woman said.
