Everyone loves Disney. Whether you prefer the classics, like the original Lion King and Snow White, or if Frozen is more your thing, there’s a Disney movie to suit everyone. However, Disney villains don’t always get the attention they deserve. They’re often larger-than-life characters with zany personalities and bizarre style. With that in mind, the design experts at online home and interiors platform Angies List set out to identify the styles of Disney villains, and translated them into six Disney villain-themed bedrooms.
Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty)
Dark and luxurious, Maleficent’s room has hints of gold and plush purple upholstery.
Cruella De Vil (101 Dalmations)
Cruella’s room is a high-contrast and high-impact space adorned with dalmation spots, pops of red and a black and white palette.
Evil Queen (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)
Although the Evil Queen has a dark streak, it seems her room is all about saturated greens, touchable fuschia and plenty of ornate accessories.
Ursula (The Little Mermaid)
A serene palette of greys and blues, Ursula’s room is surprisingly gender neutral.
Jafar (Aladdin)
Opulent and inspired by the orient, Jafar’s room is perfect for those who loves lots of gold and luxury.
Tamatoa (Moana)
Decorated with timber, dark tones and with a touch of art-deco design elements, Tamatoa’s bedroom is fit for a king.
