With recipes inspired by the local produce!

Fast Ed is travelling through the NSW Tablelands on another foodie adventure and he’s bought one very important item with him: his esky! You see, one of the best ways to help communities affected by bushfires, drought and floods is to go visit them…and sample lots of amazing local produce along the way. Ed’s taste tour will take him through the beautiful Yass Valley to Murrumbateman and, inspired by the local produce, he’s cooking up a storm as he travels. With a Smoked Duck, Walnut and Grilled Pear Salad plus a Country Style Beef and Lentil Braise both on the menu, you can sample a bit of country NSW at your place, too.
