Four ways to fancy up Jatz Crackers
Crab meat, mayonnaise and chives
Ingredients
1 box Arnott’s Jatz
140 g Blue Swimmer crab meat
¼ cup good quality mayonnaise
½ bunch chives, finely chopped
Method
- Combine crab meat and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Spoon on to Jatz cracker.
- Sprinkle with chives and serve.
Prawn with mango and chilli salsa
Ingredients
½ box Arnott’s Jatz
300gm cooked prawns, peeled
½ fresh med mango, finely diced
½ long red chili, finely diced
Method
- Combine diced mango and chilli in a bowl.
- Place peeled prawn on to Jatz cracker.
- Spoon mango chilli salsa on top and serve.
Aged cheddar and pickled red onions
Ingredients
1 box Arnott’s Jatz
Crumbly cheddar cheese
Pickled red onions
Method
- Place a generous wedge of cheddar cheese on to a Jatz cracker.
- Top with pickled red onion and serve.
Cabanossi and cheddar cheese
Ingredients
1 box Arnott’s Jatz
2-3 sticks cabanossi, sliced
Cheddar cheese, sliced
Method
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on to a Jatz cracker.
- Top with slice of cabanossi and serve.
