Your cuppa is the latest beverage to get a bubbly makeover, with the launch of alcoholic sparkling tea created by Danish sommelier, Jacob Kocemba.
Available in three different blends, each recipe is crafted from a unique combination of teas by Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company.
Blå (Blue) is based on 13 teas including jasmine, white, and Darjeeling, while Rød (Red) is created using 10 teas, including hibiscus, white and black teas.
Grøn (Green) is unique blend of green tea, lemongrass and white tea, with flavours of mint, nectarine and peach.
At present the Sparkling Tea range is only available from London luxury department store Fortnum & Mason, but fingers crossed it gets imported by an Australian stockist soon.
