A steak stir fry is ideal for when you need to use up leftovers in the fridge. Throw in some snow peas and easy-to-cook noodles, and you’ve got the perfect dinner for one.

Prepare noodles following packet directions.
Combine hoisin, water, vinegar and garlic in a jug and set aside.
Heat half the oil in a medium frying pan on high heat. Season steak and add to the pan. Cook 1 minute without stirring. Stir, then cook 2Â minutes or until steak is browned. Transfer steak and juices to a bowl.
Return frying pan to high heat, add remaining oil. Add snow peas and stir-fry 1 minute, until almost tender and bright green. Reduce heat to medium. Add prepared noodles, sauce mixture, steak and any juices to pan. Stir-fry 2 minutes until noodles are heated through.
Serve with soy sauce and chilli flakes.
