One-pot Bolognese

Five ingredients, one pot!

This Bolognese recipe only needs one pot and five ingredients, making it ideal for family dinner on a busy weeknight. The passata, mushrooms and onion give this dish everything it needs to satisfy your tastebuds.

Step 1

 Spray a large saucepan with olive oil. Saute onion 2-3 minutes on high until tender.

Step 2

Add mince. Cook 4-5 minutes until well browned, breaking up lumps.

Step 3

Stir in passata and mushrooms. Rinse jar with water, stock or wine and add. Bring to boil.

Step 4

Reduce heat to low. Mix in pasta. Simmer, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Season to taste.

Step 5

Sprinkle with parsley and grated parmesan. Serve pasta with salad if liked.
