Combine milk, orange zest, sugar, malted milk powder and cocoa in a medium saucepan over a low heat. Cook, whisking regularly, for 5 minutes or until cocoa has dissolved. Add 2 large marshmallows and mix with a stick blender until foamy.

Pipe chocolate sauce into 4 glasses, pour in hot chocolate mix, then top each with a large marshmallow. Garnish with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and mini-marshmallows. Serve.
