Put cabbage, carrots, apple, shallot, onion and herbs onto a large platter.Â

Put dressing (click here for the recipe) into a serving jug or bottle and serve dressing on the side. Serve.Â
To add some crunch
Add a few handfuls of fried noodles, and/or toasted slithered almonds just before serving.Â
