Bringing serious crunch to your dinner table is this air-fried crispy beans and almonds with roast garlic dressing recipe.
Tender beans, crisped up in a handy-dandy air fryer, tossed with toasted almonds for added crunch, and finished with a mouthwatering, creamy yet tangy roasted garlic dressing. All ready in just 20 minutes, this is the perfect way to elevate your weeknight dinners with little effort.
Ingredients
Method
Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes. Cut the tip off the garlic bulb, leaving whole. Add beans and garlic to the air fryer and fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until cooked. Transfer beans to a large bowl with cherry tomatoes (leaving garlic in air fryer).
Add almonds with the garlic and air-fry for 3 minutes or until golden. Set aside.
To make the dressing, squeeze cooked garlic cloves into a small food processor and add remaining ingredients. Process until smooth and creamy. Season.
Transfer bean mixture to a plate, top with almonds and drizzle with dressing to coat (see tip).

Cook’s tip
You’ll make a bit more dressing than you need for this recipe. Keep remaining dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
