Nothing will beat the feeling of diving into bed after a long day at work to crisp, scented and freshly-washed sheets.
WATCH: How to upgrade your laundry
Washing your bed linen, pillowcases and sheets can be such a tedious task. First, you have to strip the bed, carry everything into your laundry, and then start on the washing itself. By the time you’ve done all that, let’s face it, you’re exhausted. But what if there was a way to make the whole process easier and more efficient? We’re all ears.
How to wash your sheets easily
You need to start washing your sheets first thing in the morning. Save the lawn mowing for the afternoon and whip out a laundry basket instead.

We’ve all been there before, it’s 9pm and you’ve realised that your sheets are sitting wet in the washer, and you’ll have to wait another hour till they dry.
To avoid this from happening over and over, it’s best to wash your sheets on a day when you will be at home in the morning. If you get started on the chore straight after breakfast, you’ll have them in the dryer by lunch.
Then, as soon as the dryer is done, you should also make your bed right away. This will also prevent your sheets from getting too wrinkly.
Here’s an extra tip for those who always miss the machine beeping (signalling you that your sheets are ready): try setting a timer or a reminder on your phone. It works!
