My Kitchen Rules has been running for 17 seasons, starting all the way back in 2010. It’s been a staple TV show in many of our Aussie homes, and every year, the drama continues to ramp up, the food gets better, and we’re meeting so many new personalities.
The one thing that’s remained consistent despite it all? The judges.
Who’s judging the new season of My Kitchen Rules 2026?
French chef, Manu Feildel has been a judge on every single season. He’s met all the teams, visited their homes, tried their food, and critiqued or complimented their efforts.
BHG’s own presenter, Colin Fassnidge made guest appearances in early seasons, then formally joined Manu as a judge in 2013.
Everything we know about Manu Feildel
Manu Feildel is an acclaimed chef who began his career working in a variety of restaurants. Notably, he was Head Chef at Bilson’s which was awarded 3 hats in the Sydney Morning Heralds Good Food Guide as one of only 5 3 hatted restaurants in NSW. He then opened his own award-winning French bistro in 2009 which earned a chefs hat before closing in 2014 due to his busy filming schedule. He’s an award winning dancer (thanks to winning Dancing with the Stars in 2011) and a self-proclaimed CEO… cheese eating official.
He’s hosted a number of food series, from Boys Weekend to My France with Manu and Around the World with Manu. And of course, he’s been a judge on My Kitchen Rules since its creation in 2010.
Manu has published four best-selling cookbooks: Manu’s French Kitchen, Manu’s French Bistro, French for Everyone and More Please! He also started his own sauce range called Sauce by Manu, available to buy in select stores across Australia.
Better Homes and Gardens food presenter and cook, Clarissa Feildel is married to Manu, and we can only imagine all the incredible dishes they make at home together!
Everything we know about Colin Fassnidge
Colin Fassnidge is an Irish-born, Australian based chef, author and TV presenter. He started out his career working in the kitchens of acclaimed restaurants such as Banc, Sydney (now closed since 2003) and started his own in Paddington, called The Four in Hand Hotel where he turned a local pub into a two-hatted culinary spot. After 10 years of operating its kitchen, he left and it shortly closed after. Colin opened his second hatted restaurant, 4Fourteen in Surry Hills.
He’s been a food presenter and chef on Better Homes and Gardens since February 2024, hosted Kitchen Nightmares and has been a judge on My Kitchen Rules since 2013.
Colin has published two cookbooks, The Commonsense Cook, and Four Kitchens.
