This year, the judge lineup is full of familiar faces from season 16. Season 4 winner and co-owner of Three Blue Ducks, Andy Allen will join food journalist, Sofia Levin, runner-up of season 1, Poh Ling Yeow and acclaimed French chef and restauranteur, Jean-Christophe Novelli to challenge, inspire and encourage the contestants.

Nat Thaipun walked away with the MasterChef Australia 2024 title. Sheโs a Victorian-based barista with a talent and love for cooking and took out runner-up Tasmanian butcher Josh Perry.
Who won MasterChef Australia 2023?
Brent Draper first competed on MasterChef in 2021 but after reaching the top 13, he withdrew due to mental health issues. After receiving the help and support he needed, in season 15 he returned and went on to take out the cash prize of $250,000 and title of MasterChef 2023.

From the very first season, MasterChef has been filmed at the Melbouurne Showgrounds in Centenary Hall.
