I’ve seen some unusual ice cream flavours during my time, some of which have originated in the MasterChef kitchen. There’s been curry ice cream, Sichuan ice cream and even bacon and egg ice cream – so it’s only fitting that when multivitamin brand, Swisse, wanted an out-of-the-box ice cream flavour to give customers a taste of their new range of Smart Melts and Gummies, they turned to no other than ice cream extraordinaire and ex-MasterChef contestant, Conor Curran (a.k.a Creamy Confusion on Instagram) for the challenge.
Conor has effortlessly created two limited-edition ice cream flavours which mimic the sensory experience of two of their hero Swisse products and to be honest, they actually sound quite nostalgic and yummy. To share his wonderful creations, Swisse had their very own ice cream truck doing the rounds across Melbourne, serving up thousands of health-inspired scoops.
What are the Swisse ice cream flavours?

Peaches and cream
You can’t go wrong with peaches and cream. Conor’s recipe aims to replicate the sour peach flavour and melt-on-your-tongue feeling of Swisse Energy Boost Smart Melts. Think mouth-watering vanilla and fresh peach coulis topped off with Davidson plum powder.
The Orange Greek Yoghurt Sorbet
This ice cream is a nod to the orange flavour and squishiness of Swisse Probiotic & Prebiotic Gummies. Expect a juicy and refreshing texture that features chewy orange peels. Perfect if you fancy adding a little zesty zing to your afternoon slump!
